Your first step in getting started is to schedule a strategy session!

During your strategy session, a BodySmart coach will assess your health history, any past or current injuries you may have, your current fitness level and your specific goals. 

 

The coach will use this information to create a plan that will generate the most results. They will address and consider any physical challenges you may have and help you create personal fitness goals. 

 

They will then take you through a quick physical assessment that includes BodyFat testing using our inbody machine, FMS (Functional Movement Screen), measurements and nutritional guidance.

After the physical assessment, the coach will give you a tour of the gym, showing you all of the equipment, stations, rooms etc.
