Ryde/CoreRyde

A challenging 45min ride on the RealRyder Cycles. We will be using all of the moves and delivering an awesome workout!

In CoreRyde, we are going to amp up the core work here with 30 minutes of Ryde finishing with 15 minutes of a challenging core workout!

With the use of this original piece of strength training equipment you will take your body and conditioning to the next level. Learn the basics of movement and accelerate your fat loss!
